Our automated phone ordering system can be reached at (315) 417-1089. This is separate from our general restaurant line at (315) 299-6640.

When you call (315) 417-1089 and press 1 to request an online ordering link, we collect:

• Your phone number (as provided by your carrier when you call)

We do not collect your name, address, or any other personal information through this phone system unless you provide it directly to our staff (for example, when placing a catering order).

How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number solely to send you a one-time automated text message containing a link to our online ordering page. We do not use your phone number for any other purpose, including marketing, unless you separately opt in to receive additional messages from us.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

• Consent: By calling (315) 417-1089 and pressing 1, you expressly agree to receive one automated text message from Syracuse Halal Gyro containing our ordering link. This is a required, explicit opt-in — no text messages are sent to any number that has not called (315) 417-1089 and pressed 1.

• Message frequency: You will receive one message per call in which you press 1. We do not send recurring or unsolicited marketing texts through this system.

• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt-out: You may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Online Ordering

When you place an order through our online ordering link, you will be directed to Clover, a third-party service. That platform's own privacy policy governs the information you provide there (such as payment details, name, and delivery address). We encourage you to review their privacy policy before ordering.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers (such as our SMS/phone provider, Twilio) solely to operate this ordering system.

Data Retention

We retain phone numbers collected through this system only as long as necessary to operate our ordering notification service, and delete or anonymize them periodically.

• Ask what information we have collected about you
